COURSE OVERVIEW
This course guides students to achieve two objectives: first to submit a business case and explain how it is
possible to assess benefits for student organizations. students can also explain what has been learned to
justify a new program, expand existing programs, or to simply breathe new life into a stale program.
The second is Demistify the concepts, terminology, and processes needed to improve student reliability
and performance and all major issues will be discussed in this training, from eliminating defects to
developing asset strategies, from condition monitoring to operator-driven reliability, from cultural change
to continuous improvement, and more.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Asset Reliability Practitioner [ARP] Category I are shown for senior management, maintenance and
operations / production management, engineers, junior reliability engineers, and condition monitoring
professionals who need to understand the “big picture” of the process of increasing reliability and
performance.
